Agency accounts are not allowed on Slixa. 

Slixa accepts independent advertisers only! Independent advertisers must have their own contact details, and can not have the same contact info of another Slixa advertiser. Advertisers must have their own non-agency related email address and phone number. Advertisers are not allowed to link to any agency-style website but are allowed to link to a personal website.
